An amateur runner, she started running as an experiment in 2020 with a curiosity to understand what made it so popular. Quickly it became a passion and discovered that yoga and running beautifully complement each other—while yoga enhances flexibility and recovery, running builds cardiovascular endurance and mental resilience. Together, they create a beautiful balanced approach to strength, agility, and clarity of mind.
So when she is not teaching or practicing yoga, she is chasing miles and setting eyes on her next race.
